Privacy

The short version: this site has no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies. The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the contact form. Separately, where we run automations for a client, we handle information on their behalf, and that is set out below.

01Who we are

Ventura Flow is a two-person studio based in Perth, Western Australia. For anything about your information, contact us at Contact@venturaflow.com.

02What we collect

Only what you give us:

  • Your name, email address, and optionally your business name, when you use the contact form.
  • Whatever you choose to write in the message field.
  • If you book a call, the details you enter into the booking form: your name, email and chosen time.

We do not run analytics on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no heatmap recorder, and no advertising cookie. We do not know how many people visited this page, and we are comfortable with that trade.

03How your message reaches us

The contact form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes your message to our inbox. Your submission travels through their service in order to be delivered. See their privacy policy.

Booking is handled by Google Calendar. Nothing is embedded in this site: the button opens Google’s own booking page in a new tab, so no Google script runs here and nothing about you reaches them unless you go there and book. If you do, the details you enter are held by Google as well as by us. See their privacy policy.

04What we do with it

We reply to you. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not put you into a follow-up sequence, and we never sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.

If you become a client, we keep the correspondence for as long as we are working together and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. If you do not, your enquiry stays in our inbox and you are welcome to ask us to delete it.

05Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Third-party services embedded on the contact page, such as the booking widget, may set their own once loaded. Because we set none, there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

06Client data in automations

This is the part of our work that touches the most information, so it is worth being exact about.

We operate the automations we build. They run on a platform we control, and we hold the access needed to run and maintain them. Depending on what an automation does, information moves through it that belongs to our client and often to our client’s own customers: names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry details, booking details.

We treat all of it as the client’s, held on their behalf. We do not sell it, we do not use it for our own marketing, we do not use it to train AI models, and we do not use one client’s data for another client’s work.

Automations use third-party services to do their work, which can include AI providers. Information passes through those services for the automation to run. We will tell you which services yours uses and what goes through each one, so it is written down rather than assumed.

We keep operational logs so an automation can be checked and repaired when something goes wrong, and we keep them no longer than that needs. If you are a client and you want to know what we hold, want a copy, or want something deleted, ask and we will do it. When an engagement ends we agree what happens to the data at the time, and we stop processing it.

07Where your information goes

Some of the services above are based outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. Using them means the information they handle is stored or processed overseas, under their own terms and the laws that apply to them. That is true of the contact form, the booking widget, and of third-party services inside an automation. We name them so you can read their policies rather than take our word for it.

08Keeping it safe

Access to client systems and automation platforms is limited to the two of us, protected by multi-factor authentication, and reviewed when a project ends. We ask for the narrowest access that will do the job rather than whatever is easiest to set up. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise, but if something did go wrong we would tell the people affected rather than wait to be asked.

09Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Contact@venturaflow.com and we will action it. You do not need to give a reason. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

10If you are a client’s customer

If your details reached us through a business we work for, that business decides what happens to them and is the right first place to ask. Tell them, or tell us at Contact@venturaflow.com and we will point you to the right person and pass the request on.

11Changes

If we change how this site handles information, including if we ever add analytics, we will update this page at the same time, and the date at the top will change with it.
