A real rebuild

Upgraded gym. Upgraded website.

Drag the divider. Bioweapon Performance Centre in Bayswater, before and after. The gym got upgraded around the same time as the site: same coaches, same intensity, finally a website that matches the room.

01 · Websites

A site that does the explaining for you

Most small business sites fail in the first ten seconds, not because they are ugly but because a visitor cannot tell what the business does, whether it is any good, or what to do next. We build the version that answers all three before anyone has to scroll.

You stop starting every enquiry from zero.

Built, not templated

Kinds of site we build

5 to choose from

  • Landing pages

    01

One page, one job. For a campaign, a launch, or a single offer that needs to convert without distraction.

  • Info and brochure sites

    02

The workhorse. Who you are, what you do, why you are worth calling. Findable, fast, and easy to keep current.

  • Booking sites

    03

Availability, booking, confirmation and reminders, handled by the site instead of by you.

  • E-commerce

    04

Selling properly: products, payments, stock and post-purchase email, without a platform renting you your own shop.

  • Animated and motion-led sites

    05

Where the site itself has to be the demonstration. Scroll-driven storytelling, generative artwork, real craft on the surface.

  • Not sure which

    Book a call

    Free, thirty minutes
Every project
  • Designed and built from scratch, not a template with your logo dropped into it
  • Fast on a phone on mobile data, which is where most of your visitors are
  • Written to be read: real copy, in your voice, not filler about synergy
  • Findable, with proper metadata, structured data and local search signals
  • Accessible by default: keyboard, screen reader, contrast, reduced motion
  • Yours completely: domain, code, hosting account, all in your name

One enquiry

The same enquiry, twice.

Drag the divider. Same enquiry, same business, same Tuesday. One of them just does not need you in the middle of it.

  1. 09:12Enquiry lands in the shared inbox
  2. 11:40You see it between two other jobs
  3. 11:44You write the same reply you wrote on Monday
  4. 14:20They reply asking about availability
  5. 16:05You check the calendar, offer three times
  6. Next dayThey pick one. You add it manually.
  7. Next dayYou copy their details into the spreadsheet

02 · AI automations

The repetitive part, handled

We are not interested in automating something clever. We are interested in the loop that eats your Tuesday: the enquiry that arrives eleven times a week, the booking confirmation you send by hand, the same three fields copied between four places. We map where the week actually goes, then take you out of the middle of it.

The job stops being something anyone has to remember.

Our automations

6 to choose from

  • Lead capture and follow-up

    01

Enquiries caught from every channel, answered straight away, and chased if they go quiet.

  • Quoting

    02

Quotes built from details you already entered, sent while they are still interested.

  • Phone call assistant

    03

Answers the calls you cannot get to, takes the details, and passes on anything that needs you.

  • Booking and reminders

    04

Live availability, the booking made, the calendar updated, the reminder sent.

  • Data entry between tools

    05

The same details written once and copied everywhere they need to go.

  • Custom

    06

The most common request of all. Tell us the loop that eats your week and we will work out whether it can be taken off you.

Every project
  • Mapped against your real week before anything is built
  • Built where your work already lives, with no new app for your team to learn
  • Handles the ordinary case automatically and escalates the odd one to you
  • Documented in plain language, so it is not a black box you cannot audit
  • Switchable off without breaking anything else
  • Run and maintained by us, with changes, pauses or removal whenever you ask
  • Every service it touches named in writing, so you know what runs where

A real identity

From nothing to a brand.

Drag the divider. B&B Athletica came to us with a name and an idea. On the left is what an identity looks like before there is one. On the right is what they have now.

No mark, no palette, no type rules. Every quote, sign and post decided from scratch, by whoever is making it.

03 · Branding

Looking like the business you already are

Most small businesses do not have a branding problem, they have a consistency problem: the quote, the site, the sign and the Instagram post all look like they came from four different companies. We build the identity and, more importantly, the rules that keep it together when you are the one applying it at 9pm.

Everything you send out looks like it came from the same place.

What we make

4 to choose from

  • Logo kits

    01

Your logo in every size and format you will be asked for: light, dark, stacked, horizontal, favicon.

  • Brand kits

    02

Logo, colours, type and the rules for using them, in one folder you can hand to anyone.

  • Social media kits

    03

Profile images, covers, post and story templates, sized right for each platform.

  • Colour kits

    04

Your palette in hex, RGB, CMYK and Pantone, with what each colour is for.

Every project
  • A mark that works at favicon size and on a vehicle
  • A palette with defined roles, not just a row of swatches
  • Type rules: one family, and where its weights are allowed to go
  • Voice: how you sound, with examples of what to write and what not to
  • Files in every format you will actually be asked for
  • A short guide you can hand to a printer, a signwriter or a new hire

Before you ask

The questions that actually matter.

Cost first, because it is the question everybody has and the one this page has not answered yet.

It depends on what you need, and we would rather say that than quote you a headline number built for somebody else's project. We know a site with no prices can be off-putting, so here is exactly how it works.

After a free thirty-minute call we scope what you actually need, then send you a quote built around that scope. No padding, no surprises later, and a real figure you can make a decision with. When it arrives we think you will find it very good value next to what a larger agency charges for the same work.
